Yes. You’ll have two opportunities to guide your design before you finalize it. First, you’ll choose from three motif styles to set the overall visual direction. Then, before purchasing, you’ll choose from three suggested fonts and decide how much decoration you want—Light, Balanced, or Full.
RoomCraft products are delivered as finished, print-ready PDFs rather than editable templates. You’re welcome to add your own text afterward—either by handwriting directly on the printed piece or by typing into the PDF before you print it.
Yes. You can save themes in your personal Locker and return to them anytime. And coming soon, you’ll also be able to use a saved theme to create new coordinated products without starting from scratch.
Yes. You can continue using and reprinting your purchased RoomCraft products in your own classroom in future school years.
Your purchased files are still yours to use. You can reuse your existing products or return to RoomCraft to create new designs better suited to your new grade, classroom, or needs.

Yes. Your purchased files stay in your RoomCraft Locker, so you can return to them whenever you need to reprint something or download them on another device.
Printing Your ClassroomEverything you need to know about printing at home, paper types, professional printing, and delivery options.Yes. RoomCraft products are designed to be easy to print using a standard home or school printer.
Most pieces can be printed on standard-size paper, while larger products may be divided across multiple pages for printing, trimming, and assembly.
Cardstock is a great choice for many RoomCraft products because it can make your printed pieces sturdier and more durable. That said, every printer is a little different, so we recommend checking your printer’s guidelines and using the paper type and weight that works best with your specific model.
We’ll also provide printing guidance with your files to help you get the best results.
Yes. You can have your school office, a colleague, copy center, or professional printing service print your files on your behalf.
The files remain licensed for use in your classroom and shouldn’t be copied for someone else’s classroom.

Because RoomCraft provides custom digital products, purchases generally can’t be refunded once your final downloadable files have been created or delivered.
If something goes wrong with your order or a file isn’t working correctly, contact us and we’ll make it right.

You can print and reprint your purchased products as needed, including replacing damaged pieces or using them again in future school years.
The files may not be resold, redistributed, posted for others to download, or used to create products for sale.
No. Your digital files are licensed for your personal classroom use and shouldn’t be shared with other teachers.
If another teacher loves your classroom, though, send them our way so they can create one of their own.
A RoomCraft purchase is intended for one teacher’s personal classroom use.
If you’re purchasing for multiple classrooms or an entire school, additional licensing options may be available.
