Clear rules for using RoomCraft.

Using RoomCraft

These Terms are between you and RoomCraft LLC (“RoomCraft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using RoomCraft, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of RoomCraft is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

RoomCraft is designed for teachers and other adults. It is not intended for direct use by children.

Accounts

You may browse and purchase from RoomCraft as a guest, and some features may also be available without creating an account.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Some features, such as saving and returning to creations, may only be available to account holders.

RoomCraft may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or interfere with the experience for others.

Digital downloads

A purchase gives one purchasing teacher a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased RoomCraft files for permitted educational and classroom use, subject to these Terms. Purchasing or generating a RoomCraft package does not transfer ownership of RoomCraft intellectual property.

You may:

• use purchased materials for all classes, classrooms, class periods, and student groups you personally teach, including if you move classrooms or personally teach in more than one room,
• print copies for that permitted classroom use,
• modify or customize them for that permitted classroom use,
• upload relevant materials to a private, access-controlled online classroom or learning platform available only to you and the students you personally teach, and
• share photos of the materials in use.

You may not:

• share digital files with another teacher, educator, staff member, team, school, or organization for independent use,
• resell, redistribute, or copy the files for another educator,
• upload the files to public websites or repositories, shared teacher drives, school-wide resource libraries, or publicly accessible links,
• use the materials to create competing products, or
• claim RoomCraft-created materials as your own.

Customer Content

“Customer Content” means material you supply to RoomCraft, such as a teacher or classroom name, custom label or schedule wording, other text you enter, or other customer-provided material if supported by the service. You retain whatever rights you have in your Customer Content.

You give RoomCraft only the limited permissions reasonably necessary to process your Customer Content, generate the products you request, store it where the service provides saved creations, re-serve purchased or saved materials where applicable, and provide customer support. This permission does not give RoomCraft the right to use Customer Content for marketing, resale, or training purposes.

Do not enter student names, student rosters, or other student personal information into RoomCraft unless we later provide a feature expressly designed for that purpose.

Printed products

Printed products are made to order and fulfilled after purchase. Because of that, we do not accept returns on printed items.

If a printed order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@roomcraft.studio and we will work to make it right.

Printed materials may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Color, paper, and finish can look different in person than they do on a device.

Production and shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

If you need to cancel a printed order, email us as soon as possible. Orders may enter production quickly, so cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse RoomCraft or use it in a way that harms the platform, the business, or other users. This includes, for example, attempting to:

• scrape, copy, or extract content or data in bulk,
• reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the platform or underlying systems,
• use RoomCraft for unlawful purposes,
• infringe on intellectual property rights, or
• abuse, overload, or disrupt the service.

RoomCraft intellectual property

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RoomCraft retains all right, title, and interest in RoomCraft-created materials. These materials include the platform and software, branding, templates, layouts, product designs, coordinated design systems, Theme Kits, motifs, accents, the selection and arrangement of design elements, printable product files, package organization, and adaptations and derivative RoomCraft products.

Your purchase or generation of a RoomCraft package gives you only the limited license described in these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of RoomCraft intellectual property or give you exclusive rights to RoomCraft-created materials.

Personalized creations are not exclusive

A RoomCraft creation may be personalized for you, but it is not exclusive. You do not acquire exclusive rights to a Theme Kit or other RoomCraft-created design merely because it was generated or personalized during your session.

Unless RoomCraft expressly agrees otherwise in writing, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RoomCraft may reuse, reproduce, modify, adapt, combine, commercialize, distribute, license, or offer for sale the same or substantially similar RoomCraft-created Theme Kit, theme, motif, accent, layout, design treatment, product design, or coordinated collection for other customers or as a future premade RoomCraft collection. Your purchase does not prevent RoomCraft from later commercializing that design again.

Promotions and discounts

Promotions, discounts, and special offers may not be combined unless we clearly say otherwise.

Discounts must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot usually be added later. RoomCraft may modify, pause, or cancel promotions at any time.

Service availability and disclaimers

RoomCraft is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every feature will always be available.

We may update, change, pause, or remove parts of the platform as the business evolves.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoomCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, downloads, printed products, or inability to use the service.

If RoomCraft is found liable for any claim, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to RoomCraft for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above.

Your continued use of RoomCraft after any update means you accept the revised Terms.

General terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will still apply.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the full agreement between you and RoomCraft regarding use of the site and our products.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
